Group PR & Content Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and engaged PR and Content Manager to join the twoday Group, driving the enhancement of our brand's visibility, awareness, and public perception. As one of the largest tech consulting companies in the Nordics, we're ambitious about our future, aiming to triple in size over the next 5 years. To achieve this goal, we recognize the importance of investing in building a robust brand. As our PR and Content Manager, you'll be an integral part of a team dedicated to strengthening our brand. Your responsibilities will include crafting timely press releases, articles, references, and content that supports our marketing and communication strategies.  

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and manage our twoday corporate communication strategy across countries and business units.  
  • Write or edit corporate press releases for publication on the corporate newsroom and website.  
  • Coordinate the joint publication of press releases with national Marketing Managers when necessary.  
  • Collaborate with local Marketing Managers to devise a unified strategy for tools and other collaborative efforts.  
  • Lead the development of corporate storylines for CSR initiatives, trainee programs, etc., serving as inspiration for local stories crafted national Marketing Managers/Web Managers.  
  • Conduct regular editor group meetings for the corporate website, including setting agendas and ensuring follow-up on tasks and decisions made.  
  • Responsible for content production on twoday.com.  
  • Ensure all figures and financial information on twoday.com are consistently updated, including corporate materials such as press release templates, etc.  
  • Write, edit, and produce high-quality corporate content such as annual reports, corporate presentations, customer communication, references, and marketing materials, Q&A’s as required 
  • Create and produce relevant and informative guides, articles, videos or other content marketing materials for web and other channels, to be used by content producers across twoday’s business units.

What do we expect?

  • 4-8 years of experience in PR and communications, demonstrating a track record of success in similar roles.  
  • Master's degree in communication, public affairs, or marketing, providing a strong theoretical foundation in the field.  
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.  
  • Proven strategic use of various communication channels and formats to achieve organizational objectives 
  • Flexibility and ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.  
  • Strong multitasking abilities and adeptness in managing internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.  
  • Understanding or experience in the IT industry would be advantageous 
  • Fluent English proficiency, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with English-speaking stakeholders.
