"twoday is on an exciting journey, and I look forward to taking on the responsibility of realizing the company's growth ambitions alongside talented colleagues. The company possesses leading expertise in artificial intelligence, software development, and service design, delivering advanced digital solutions to a wide range of public and private clients. I am proud to be entrusted with leading the company in the years to come," says Christian Pedersen, the new CEO of twoday.

Pedersen has significant experience in leading global knowledge-based businesses with a growth agenda in digital engineering, data, and design. This insight and experience will prove valuable as twoday embarks on its next phase of growth.

"Over more than 20 years in the technology industry, I have witnessed development, growth, challenges, and success. Even though advanced technology and data have never been more accessible, the pace of development is so rapid that it has never been more challenging for businesses to keep up. Therefore, there has never been a greater need than now for precisely the expertise that twoday possesses. I am convinced that we have all the prerequisites to become a leading provider of IT solutions and data-driven technologies in the industry," says Pedersen.

Mantas Urbonas, General Manager of twoday Lithuania, finds Pedersen's track record with other prominent companies to be highly promising.

"Christian's reputation speaks for itself in Norway, so we are thrilled to welcome him to twoday. With his accumulated experience in leading large companies and assisting them in successful growth, we are confident that we will achieve even greater goals. We wish Christian the best of luck," says Urbonas.

The newly appointed CEO has his first working day on Monday, March 4, and will spend a significant amount of time across twoday's offices in its five markets.
