Employer Branding Manager

As we continue to grow, we're seeking a talented and passionate Employer Brand Manager to join our team and help us enhance and promote our employer brand. This role isn't just about defining our employer brand – it's about driving our employer brand strategy to new heights.


In this role, you'll:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent.
  • Monitor and analyze employer brand metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.
  • Plan and execute employer branding events, initiatives, and programs.
  • Collaborate with advertising agencies, HR, and marketing teams to create desired messaging and campaigns.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting our company culture and values.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employer branding.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Collaborative team player with the ability to build relationships across departments.
